Fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, & outdoor BBQ. Make use of free WiFi & private parking. Staying here will allow you to enjoy activities in Yosemite like skiing, cycling and hiking without having to drive an hour if you stayed outside the park. We're 25 km from El Capitan, 20 km from Yosemite Valley, 17 km from Yosemite Arch Rock

The space
The Ahweanee is located INSIDE Yosemite National Park. A quaint cabin with a 1,250 sqft deck equipped with BBQ, hot tub & outdoor seating. The bedroom has a queen bed & ensuite bath. Panoramic views in the living room are the perfect setting to star gaze from the pull out sofa bed. The den has a queen with scenic views and a full size futon. The main bathroom right outside the den has a bath/shower combo. Full size washer and dryer are on site and free to use. Beautiful tranquil views from all the windows to enjoy wildlife. You couldn't ask for a better location to stay at when visiting Yosemite National Park!

Neighborhood overview
The Ahweanee is nestled in a quaint little community inside the majestic Yosemite National Park. This wonderful community is also surrounded by breathtaking views, fresh air and the most amazing sounds from local song birds. There are neighbors nearby which consist of some vacation homes and some wonderful locals. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Getting around
You have plenty of parking on our driveway for up to 3 cars. The roads are county maintained and do not require 4x4 vehicles or chains from the months of April-November (give or take). Between the end of November-March, you should always travel with chains or have a 4x4 vehicle. During the winter months, the roads are plowed by the National Park Service and the County of Mariposa. Our maintenance staff does plow the driveway before guest arrival.
